Resealing is a fantastic method of repairing showers due to it’s lower cost, faster repair time & no tile removal however it is not always the best method of repair. When it is suitable (solid showers on concrete slabs – never on timber flooring eg. Upstairs in townhouses) we love to carry out this repair & everyone’s happy – the occupant has the shower back in action quicker, it cost the Strata Plan less, the Strata Manager has one less thing on their follow up list. However whilst this initially makes everyone happy & makes our life easier it is not the answer to fixing all leaking showers. We only complete repairs we can confidently guarantee. • We are double service focused – that is to our Strata Managers & to the occupants where we are completed the repairs.
• We don’t use the box of tiles in the back of the ute because it’s easier – we source the best available tiles so that the shower repairs we complete don’t look like repairs. We liase with the customer to understand their tile preferences & show them samples to confirm we have found a new tile they are happy with.
